A sequel-of-sorts to The Talented Mr Ripley, with John Malkovich replacing Matt Damon as the psychotic, art-loving anti-hero. This time Ripley is even more ruthless, and Malkovich has huge fun with his conscience-less character. A franchise looms - there's another four or five of Patricia Highsmith's Ripley novels to be mined yet.
