This tale of a New York restaurant and its staff and clientele, as told over one night, is a satisfying ensemble piece that keeps all its storylines humming until the wonderfully unexpected finale kicks in. Aiello shines as the Mafia-connected owner, and director Giraldi presents a beautifully, delicately constructed film.
