A lo-fi, to-the-bone revenge flick: army-trained Considine returns to his home town with his kid brother (Kebbell) in tow to vent his considerable spleen on the gang of local drug dealers who have destroyed his brother's life. Director Meadows (Once Upon A Time in the Midlands) dispenses with genre conventions with the same aplomb with which Considine dispatches his victims.
