When an incompetent CIA agent (McGrath) inadvertently triggers the Bay of Pigs crisis, the scene is set for a hilarious poke at the undercover skullduggery of the Cold War. Except it doesn't happen. An excellent cast is wasted on a succession of flat gags and lame clichés.
