In which a tyrannical cat, Mr Tinkles, plots to take over the world only to be foiled by some do-right dogs. Boo, etc. Imagine Bond as a bloodhound and you're very close - Cats and Dogs sends up the whole spy genre and provokes many chortles in the process. Good, solid family fun.
