Fed up with Snipes' Daywalker annihilating every vampire in sight, vampire leaders (!) resurrect Dracula (!!) while simultaneously framing Snipes for killing humans (!!*%&! etc.). Written and (limply) directed by Goyer, this one should finally drive a stake through the heart of the franchise. I wouldn't bet on it, though.
